Very bad experience with the agency. Regrettably, more than 1 year after my purchase, I notice that there are still defects in the building. Knowing that in my apartment it is even the best situation of all four housing units sold in the same building by Immo ID... To give you an idea: a rotten garage door sold as "new", moisture in the walls, an unfinished terrace, lack of thermostat, lack of EPC certificate for more than a year, ...
For quick buys and sells they're good. However whenever problems arise they take their hands off the case. Watch out for this sneaky trick they pull off: when you buy property, but something's not finished in the house, they write it down in the offer acceptance to make you feel protected. However, whatever is agreed with the broker is not stipulated in the sales agreement anymore. Watch out for this. Broker and seller work together, make sure you protect yourself. Watch out for sales tricks and false promises, they're not very honest. Feels like the money is what matters most to them. Would recommend you consult an open agency with more work ethic than them.
I have been calling on Immo ID in Brussels since 2006 and I am very satisfied with these years of cooperation. Immo ID has a competent team of employees who work very professionally and are very (customer) friendly. Each time, the files are followed up briefly and transparently communicated in Dutch, French or English, depending on the language of the customers.
For the sale of our house, we had Immo ID come by on the advice and immediately there was that click and relationship of trust. Everything went very professionally and with a smile always :)! They really listened to our story and pulled out all the stops. Which we could never have done ourselves.
We can proudly say that our house was sold within a week.

Discriminate against interested tenants. Apparently you already have to earn a net salary of 1000 € + the amount of the rental price before you can view it. I have a permanent job with the police and rent for years, never heard or experienced anything like it!
Do not do what they promise and take sides with the owners.
As long as they can knock money out of you, they are content.
I would stay here far away and look for another real estate office, or try to get in direct contact with the owners.
They say they are going to do something and that they will contact you again, but I don't hear anything, and when you hear them it's all about the money.
