The best test to choose a real estate agent is to look at a house as a buyer. We had a good feeling about Marianne as potential buyers, even though we didn't buy that house. Later, when we wanted to sell our own home and invited her for an interview, the choice was quickly made. Perhaps not the cheapest broker, but Marianne has earned her commission by selling quickly in a professional manner. She is always available, honest for buyer and seller, goes for it 100% and knows the market.

I come to visit a house with a tradesman that I pay and Patrick from the Cornelis agency Not there at the appointment, tells me that I have canceled or not at all. the contractor who came to visit the house with us calls him back to tell him that he is not serious and not correct towards us and tells him that he will pay his fees and travel expenses he told us hung up 3x the phone told us to resume an appointment another day and after all this he sends us his wife who at first was very cold at the reception but after her summer but with this experience we even if we have to miss out beautiful house with this agency too bad, such professionalism, if it starts like this...!!!!
