      • + As a buyer, I had the opportunity to meet Laurans Appelmans from the office in Geraardsbergen. A very jovial and sympathetic person with a lot of knowledge and also driven. Many real estate agents could follow this example! He follows everything up nicely and neatly, is true to his word and if there is a problem and he can solve it, he helps! I highly recommend going to him for the sale or purchase of a home!!

Communication ran smoothly in a positive relationship to find a good balance between the wishes of us as seller and the prospective buyer.       • - Jordi does not keep agreements made. Planned visit will be canceled two hours in advance because it has already been sold. When you schedule visits as a real estate agent, you can at least give everyone the opportunity to come by that day. We also contacted an architect to come along for the visit. Disrespectful to potential buyers.

Saimen is also a dream to work with in terms of follow-up and accessibility. If we ever have real estate plans again, we will definitely know who to contact!!!
