      • - most famous slum landlords in Ghent. The photos I upload say enough, but real estate de vos is known for letting their rental properties become dilapidated, full of mold, leaks, vermin, and rotten infrastructure. I rented an apartment here for 4 years and the conditions are horrible. My apartment was eventually declared uninhabitable, just like the other apartments in the building. Real Estate the Fox makes empty promises, refuses to provide evidence of alleged planned repairs, and takes advantage of people in a precarious situation. Their name is well known at the housing department of Ghent, this is not the first time that they have rented out an uninhabitable property. Inhuman staff who do not have an ounce of compassion for their tenants, and always come up with excuses or lame excuses. Certainly not when renting!!

      • + When I wanted to sell my house, I contacted the real estate agency De Vos. Kjell De Ridder welcomed me and explained how they work. After some consideration, I decided to do business with him and the necessary documents were drawn up. There is a lot to consider when selling a house, but it was all arranged for me. He then of course arranged the appointments with the interested parties and always kept me informed of how things went and of the comments he received from the prospective buyers. Despite his young age, he already has a lot of maturity to deal with the candidates. Ultimately, the sale went very smoothly. After signing the sales agreement, he continued to guide me until the deed of sale was executed. I can therefore recommend Kjell De Ridder from the De Vos real estate office to everyone for selling their project.
