I recently made my first real estate purchase with the help of real estate agency De Vos. They gave me excellent advice and guidance. I am very satisfied with their clear communication and correct handling of the purchase. All the staff are very professional and helpful. I could always contact them with questions and got a quick response.
They also act as a moderate intermediary between me and the tenants when renting. Here, too, all reporting is smooth and efficient.
In short, a warm real estate office that takes the wishes of the customer to heart.
Went to the office on a new construction project where we were clearly told that we were the first and would be given priority over the preferred home (proposed by the real estate agent!). A few days later we received a draft of the specifications, which was quite unclear, which left us with a few questions. Since house + land were offered for sale through real estate (in collaboration with a construction company), we communicated through real estate, but there were a few holidays in between. After having to contact us again, we later learn that other interested parties have contacted the construction company directly (during the weekend and not through real estate) and that the house had been sold behind our backs. They did offer us the adjacent house at a supposedly reduced price, but refused due to breach of trust before you get in. Do not keep to the agreements and then hide that 'the construction company' was not aware that there were others who had priority. So don't stick to the rules of politeness and feel free to contact them behind their back, they don't care...
