Hello, I allow myself to put a comment because the real estate agent insisted "it's our only visibility". She would have done better not to insist.
I have never seen a real estate agency, or rather a real estate agent so unprofessional!! I'm not going to put the whole agency in the same batch, but you should really take into account the comments and review the people who work for you! I have never seen such an unprofessional real estate agent!!! My spouse bought a property and it was months of stress, she hardly ever answers the phone, or email, or so with at least 4 days of waiting. Says she'll call back but doesn't, says she'll give you an answer but of course doesn't, what am I saying, sorry, if she answers after being harassed with calls or emails because the notary or the bank asked for certain information, or because we moved to push a rant and a colleague contacted him directly!!!
Finally, we tell ourselves that the ordeal is soon over, we ask for a last information, the week before, my nice companion is still waiting for the following week, thinking that she may have a lot of work! But no, he calls the following week and falls on the answering machine! “I'm on vacation” I'm not saying that Madame can't go on vacation, but the email had been sent long before the vacation! But obviously again no response to the email, or even a warning before leaving on vacation. And hop we left to lose 2 weeks!!!! After the umpteenth rant, we are given the phone numbers of the people concerned and WE have to do her job that she was not able to do!
Ah Yes and I can allow myself to make all these reflections, because at the same time I myself bought a property with another real estate agency. The time that the steps took for my companion, me in 2 weeks everything was done because my agency answered me quite quickly.
In summary, I REALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this agency for prospective sellers or prospective buyers, unless you want to strain your nerves, end up with a stomach ulcer, or do the job yourself.
