      • - Two agents appraised the house at 469K and the other at 475K. Our mistake is our naivete. You assume that if you buy through an estate agent, the information provided is correct and you should not expect to be cheated. It's a shame that you advertise falsely and then want to justify this later by saying that we, without experience, have to point out errors to a professional company.       • + I called on Heylen Vastgoed to sell an apartment that I was renting out. Great experience with Heylen Vastgoed office Herentals! My first contact was Pieterjan Meulendijks. We were immediately on the same wavelength with regard to knowledge and appreciation of the apartment. Less than a week later, a first visit was scheduled and 2 candidates presented themselves. The visit was supervised by Gaelle Buermans, a nice, easy-going young lady who has mastered the tricks of the trade. These were 2 positive visits and both candidates submitted an offer on the day itself. The decision 'sold' was made that same day!
