Although it took just over a year before we found a suitable tenant or buyer for our apartment, we cannot fault the efforts of Thomas who kept us very well informed about visitors and their comments.

I didn't have much confidence in real estate agents, but Yannick from De Boer & Partners has changed that image. I have no idea whether he and his office are representative of the sector, at least they should be. Thinking along and truly involved, switching quickly where necessary, bringing peace where allowed: I couldn't have wished for a better partner in such a nerve-wracking process. So all confidence!

Our house has finally been sold!
We are happy with the price and with the people who bought it.
Thank you very much also Christina Tamburello
Always accurate, always feedback and correct handling and all this in 3 months, which is worth an unforgettable mention in this price range and at this time.
This lady and office are highly recommended.

Had good contact with Charlotte from the office in Hove. Very smooth and professional follow-up. Smooth progress regarding the purchase of a home in Kontich that was offered for sale through her office.

Best. This is not about your efficiency but about discrimination. Please read my review carefully. You do not believe that after every viewing request you call the landlord to ask whether the person is allowed to view the property or not? There are some points here and there that are completely wrong with you. And it is apparently known that you are specialists in discrimination, but very transparent.
I would tell you that this is now the 2nd time that you have rejected me without any valid reason. And I don't think that's possible. I have delivered everything that was requested, I don't see a problem anywhere, no visits had been organized for this building yet. Yet after my call I was immediately rejected
That's what it's about. But fortunately there are still several real estate offices that work in a neat and respectful manner without discrimination
