You do not believe that after every viewing request you call the landlord to ask whether the person is allowed to view the property or not? There are some points here and there that are completely wrong with you. And it is apparently known that you are specialists in discrimination, but very transparent. I would tell you that this is now the 2nd time that you have rejected me without any valid reason. And I don't think that's possible. I have delivered everything that was requested, I don't see a problem anywhere, no visits had been organized for this building yet. Yet after my call I was immediately rejected That's what it's about. But fortunately there are still several real estate offices that work in a neat and respectful manner without discrimination

      • - Resident of Kalmthout for 15 years. Never had a problem with my rent financially, our rental apartment was recently sold, and I am looking for our warm nest with my daughter. I had purchased a building on Kapellensteenweg and had sent a request to this office in Heide. I received an email to forward my income, angel my life history, I thought it was very strange this for a viewing, but anyway, I heard nothing. I thought I would call, got a Dutch-speaking woman on the line, introduced myself nicely, and asked if my email had arrived correctly, she called me by a different name 3 times, eventually she found my email, none for this building yet. visit times planned. She could immediately tell me that child benefit is not income, I thought okay then I still have enough income to pay for this property of 900 euros and something else, and make ends meet. But the arrogant, critical voice did not sound very enthusiastic. 3 minutes later I received an email that my application is not good enough for the owner. So that means that every request for a (viewing) is immediately called the owner and it was decided not to offer a viewing? What's the turnoff here? My candidacy is favourable, my details are favourable... I don't see the problems anywhere. The only thing I suspect is my Hungarian ancestry. Name? I find this real estate office to have discriminatory and dishonest staff who try to mislead people with excuses. Opposite direction, upside down. A shame that they ask for all your private history for a viewing 🤑 At Antwerp diamond museum they ask for ID card, and one can visit. Regardless of origin. You will be asked privately by the farmer and partners to make a selection for a viewing. This is straight up a shame. No Real Estate does this. I don't recommend them to anyone, they are not correct and they are playing a cheating game.🤑🤑🤑
