    Door onze betrouwbare waardebepalingen (uitgevoerd door een expert en gediplomeerd schatter), de opmaak van een volledig en sluitend verkoopdossier en onze garantie : Geen verkoop = Geen kosten, krijgen wij jaar na jaar het vertrouwen van een 100 tal eigenaar/verkopers om een koper te zoeken voor hun woning. Zo verkochten wij ondertussen al meer dan 1500 panden en beschikken wij over meer dan 2.500 zoekende klanten in onze klantenbestand alvorens 1 advertentie te hoeven zetten.

      • - Bad experience this time, no professional handling. I had to arrange something myself when renting out my apartment. Rental guarantee but in order after 1.5 years and you still have to take care of it yourself. And then being presented with the full bill!!! I'm happy to pay for that, but not if I have to do quite a bit myself. Actually not recommended.

      • - Very bad experience. I once stood on the lookout to check how long a viewing took. 7 minutes!! Once you sign, the service becomes very bad... I will never do business with them again!
