    Swevers Real Estate werd opgericht in 2003 en groeide uit tot de marktleider in Limburgs Vastgoed. Of het nu gaat over een woning, appartement, bouwgrond of bedrijfsgebouw, het is onze missie om u volledig te ontzorgen. In volledige transparantie en alle eerlijkheid werken we samen naar het gewenste resultaat. Uw tevredenheid is onze drijfveer.

      • - A terrible experience. Appointments were not kept, potential buyers had to wait weeks for a response or an appointment, or they were left at the door. Bad agreements with the tenant and not being aware of the apartment when viewing. The buyers of my apartment were also extremely dissatisfied and actually did not want to buy through the real estate agent... They also put pressure on you as a seller to immediately drop your price by 20% after a few weeks (below the price of their own estimate) in order to so that the sale can continue as quickly as possible. Despite interest, if no viewings are scheduled (or 3-4 weeks later), no offers will be made... No personality, just cash. I'm sure that with another collaboration I could have gotten a lot more for my apartment...

      • + I sold my apartment and my parents' house through Swevers. Their approach is professional, very clearly explained and you are really pampered. They are ready for you at any time, even a message sent on a Sunday was answered immediately. I also bought a new home through Swevers and during the viewing you will receive very clear explanations and good guidance during the completion of the purchase. A big compliment to Ragna for handling the sale and purchase, I couldn't have done better.
