Yesterday I wanted to see a house in Breendonk. I had made an online appointment for 7:30 am.
When we arrive, there is a line of 7 visitors waiting. People who have been waiting since 5 pm.
We had waited fifteen minutes longer and that was enough for us. We didn't feel like standing there until 8pm.
The real estate agent did not let us know at the door, and we did not receive a notification / text message that it has expired, for example.
Maybe they should just leave the door open and let everyone watch at once so that the line didn't get any bigger.
Fifteen minutes per visitor is also a bit too little, I think. Maybe plan a little better in the future.
People also just came to bring paper bids to the door, and that comes across as very disgraceful and dishonest. Maybe give everyone a fair chance and see who responds first to the property. It seemed like an 'advertising stunt' because of the low price. The website also did not state that it was a visit&buy.
Also, never got a response to my emails.
