I strongly advise against dealing with Madame Audrey Rolin for the purchase of a house !! Madame Rolin gave us a tour of a house for me and my husband. In addition to being disagreeable and haughty, the latter lied to us about the materials of the house making them seem more noble than they are, went so far as to invent us that insulation was placed and that therefore we would not hear any noise at the level of the wall glued to the other house since we were visiting a three-facade house. Except that no luck for her, we will find the neighbor just after the visit, who tells us that it is a disaster for the noise and that there has never been any insulation placed. I'm outraged that we can lie like that about selling a house.
I specify that I have nothing against the Promimo agency, I even went to the agency to explain myself to them, they were very understandable and attentive, my problem concerns only Madame Rolin.
