Very bad experience, they rented to us an apartment knowing the mold and heating issues. We asked for explanations and got no answers. Exact same behavior with renters before us.

A local agency that knows the neighborhood well and really takes care of its customers. They listen and are ultra professional. They give you good advice and are efficient. I highly recommend them.

They're the best agency I worked with in Brussels. Efficient, and professional.
Only Issue has been communication, I had to ask the same questions several times, and answer from them would often be incomplete and would take at least 24h.
It changed when they needed things from me, then the communication was swift and precise.
Overall I'm happy, I stand by what I said, best service I used in Brussels, but please improve the communication.
