Above all for 2 years that I have known Muriel PIERACHE. Promises and keeps no promises. Then complete silence. It hasn't improved for 2 years. Is a trustee in a residence for the elderly where there is a magnificent park. No gardeners for 3 months! The syndic never comes, the carpets in the corridors are full of dirt, even management doesn't dare say anything to her. I don't know what's going on but she's irremovable. It's really incomprehensible. She royally laughs at the remarks. Never experienced that.

No respect for the customer. Not listening at all.
I own 3 properties and only at home there is no way to listen to find payment solutions during the Corona pandemic. We simply decide to put lawyers on the case.
It's shameful shameful.
That's not how we keep customers anyway!
