I rented an apartment in Gent with Guillaume Delbeque from Immo Da Vinci and I have to say, I am very impressed by the professionalism, friendliness, courtesy and all the support I received.
Corona made visits (I am from Germany) very complicated, but for Guillaume it was no problem at all to find a time slot, making it possible for me to visit the apartment.
He helped with all administrative procedures (EGW, internet, even my relocation), he answered all of my questions and always offered his help. I do not have any words for how grateful I am for all the support and how smoothly renting the apartment went.
I can definitely recommend renting an apartment with Immo Da Vinci, especially with Guillaume as real estate agent.
