    Immax is sinds 2002 actief op de vastgoedmarkt, eerst in en rond Knokke-Heist en sinds 2020 ook in Brugge. Wij presenteren u met trots één van de grootste vastgoedportefeuilles in de regio. Doorheen de jaren hebben we heel wat panden, garages en bouwgronden te koop aangeboden én succesvol verkocht. Tegelijk bouwden we aan onze expertise op het vlak van jaarverhuur.       • + I met with Mr. Alexander d’ Hondt 3 apartment viewed. He was totally helpful and super friendly. He also responded to my email immediately and made an appointment to view it. At the end of the appointment he showed me another apartment that was not in the budget. Just to explain the differences to me. I thought it was world class. He is a top real estate marker

      • + Strong office that provides peace of mind for the landlord/seller. First experience Rental of a property in Damme: Professional valuation, good screening of possible candidate tenants, the property was rented out in no time. Second experience 1 week after our contact, the property in Zeebrugge was already online and only 2 weeks later there was a signed purchase promise for the expected price. Also prompt follow-up when handling compromises and deeds. Thank you to Vincent & team for the smooth handling.

      • - Potential buyers, do not do business with this office. The manager Vincent is unprofessional. After our contact requests and voicemails remained unanswered while we were interested in a property, we contacted us again a few months later (because the property was still for sale). During the visit, the manager dismissed the criticism surrounding the lack of communication. During the tour, things were presented differently than reality; including suspected presence of asbestos and electrical inspection. The requested certificates were never provided to us, even though we had clearly shown interest in a bid. Again no communication. After 3 months we still see the house for sale.
