En daar profiteren onze klanten van, want onze expertise van hun buurt zorgt voor een snellere verkoop aan de juiste prijs.

    We snappen als geen ander dat een huis een thuis is. Waar je leeft. Waar je opgroeit. Waar je geluk en rust vindt. Een huis is naast een verhaal van centen, nog meer een verhaal van mensen. Daarom stellen we steeds onze klanten centraal. Hun bekommernissen zijn onze bekommernissen. Expertise staat niet gelijk aan afstandelijk zijn. Efficiënt betekent niet stijf.       • - I am deeply disappointed by their service. I have never given this low rate for something. But this is because they didn’t do what they said in their confirmation email that they would review all applications and came back with further information. I had to check many times through phone calls. Suddenly after many times of calling, they said the apartment that I applied for is not available anymore.

      • + We bought a house and sold one through ERA (Maxim) and are certainly satisfied with it! Communication with Maxim was always correct, clear, open and fast. Maxim always had a lot of patience, both towards us and towards a very pushy buyer, and handled everything correctly for us. Maxim was certainly not pushy towards us (both as a buyer of one home and a seller of the other) and always gave us the necessary time for decisions. What should not be forgotten is that when buying/selling you often have to make a decision quickly, but as mentioned, we were nevertheless given enough time to do so. In addition, we also received ten (sturdy) moving boxes via ERA, which we certainly used. We were also allowed to use a moving van for free and we did so. This van was quite large and certainly came in handy. We only had to provide a deposit. In short, we are very satisfied with seller Maxim and his team.

      • + TOP SERVICE, When selling our property, there were some minor disagreements among the owners. Gilles, who estimated our house from ERA, negotiated very well and went the extra mile with the 1st owner of our property. After all those small negotiations with the co-owner, we were able to sign for our sale to start... thanks to Gilles from ERA Then Imke from ERA came and offered to help her manage this sale, WHICH IT WAS!! . Imke is a good negotiator between the seller and the buyer, she knows what she needs to do to ensure that everything runs smoothly. The communications between Imke and us as sellers were also very flawless, with the slightest changes from the buyer we received a telephone call from the first time, and not only that, but the email traffic was also very fast. At our open day of the house we received a nice detailed report from each visitor, Imke emailed all the words and sentences of the visitors in nice detail and in 1 report to us. Thanks to her many efforts, she was able to sell our property in 13 days (THIS IS NOT OFTEN SEEN WITH OTHER REAL ESTATE AGENTS THAT THE PROPERTY IS SOLD SO QUICKLY) Both Imke and Gilles are top real estate agents. People do not hesitate to sell your house with ERA on 1 2 3 your house is sold very quickly and not only that.... all those wonderful services that you can obtain from them are also very great. This way I was able to obtain a key agreement the day after the compromise was signed to immediately place a second-hand sofa in my future home.       • - Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with ERA home. They gave me conflicting information about the apartment for rent. At first they told me that the owner wanted to wait and see, but later they told another employment agency that the apartment had been rented out and my partner had no income. There were also several visitors present at the same time. This lack of consistency and communication is frustrating and unprofessional. I advise others to be cautious when considering ERA housing.
