    We geloven niet in commissies, maar werken met transparante en eerlijke verkooppakketten. Elk verkooppakket is speciaal ontworpen voor een bepaalde type woning: van een volledig te renoveren rijhuis tot een instapklaar appartement of een villa. After a search for the right real estate agent, we came into contact with Anastasia van de Vastgoedkoning. From the first contact we had a good feeling with her. She visited us and we discussed our views and wishes with her. Since the property is not located near us and we ourselves have little time and knowledge of the sale of real estate, we have entrusted her with the entire further handling of the sale. She handled this in a very correct way. Anastasia arranged everything from A to Z. Every step she took was always discussed in advance either by email or by telephone. For example, Anastasia ensured that all necessary documents were present at the notary in time, arranged a viewing day, went over the various offers with us, provided the necessary certificates, ... After the first viewing day, our apartment was already sold. She took care of the compromise and the final sale. Everything was always worked out down to the last detail and there was never a misunderstanding. Everything went as discussed during our first personal contact.
