    Sotraba SA est une entreprise de construction et de promotion immobilière (constructeur de maisons et d’appartements). Nous sommes installés depuis 1981 à Arquennes, près de Nivelles, nous concentrons notre savoir-faire dans un rayon de 50 kilomètres (et parfois un peu plus c’est vrai). Nous sommes très présents autour de Mons, Saint-Ghislain, Charleroi, Braine-Le-Comte, Wavre, Enghien et Namur. Sotraba SA est devenue en 35 ans un acteur majeur du pôle commercial de Nivelles.

      • - We bought an apartment from the Sotraba Company. If you need to buy or build, we recommend it. We particularly thank Messrs. Jérôme Deuson, Stam Kialidis, Raffaele Mara, and their team, as well as all the subcontractors, who worked on the Résidence O’Green de Thuin construction site, for their professionalism, sound advice, understanding and kindness. We are delighted with the quality and choice of materials. Another big thank you to all the people who worked on the construction of the building and whom we met. The keys to the apartment were given to us on 09/23/2020. In March 2023, we already had to replace parts on the boiler which was no longer under warranty, cost €406.75. This 11/17/2023, our heating engineer informs us that other parts need to be replaced for the sum of €1,095.51. We notified the Sotraba Company, which told us it was “doing what is necessary” with the supplier Sahika so that he would make a move! Today, 11/29/2023, we are still waiting for a response! It is for these reasons that we have lowered the stars. 11/28/2023 -Having sent an email to relaunch the request for our boiler, we received a telephone call and then a confirmation email to inform us that the company does not help us, 1. out of warranty and 2. we would have had to contact the Van Marcke company which supplied the boiler to find out if they would make a move!!! February 2024 - The series continues... The Zehnder VMC (controlled manual ventilation) increases its flow every day, in the morning, on the 30 devices in the apartments! A technician from the brand came by, but was unable to resolve the problem. We are waiting for a return call from the technician who we hope will find a solution. As the device is no longer under warranty, I'll let you guess who should foot the bill... A. Cansse – P. Culot de Thuin.

      • + I would like to thank Mr Deuson Jérôme for his professionalism and his rapid responsiveness. He is an excellent salesman who really thinks about customer satisfaction. He really listens and offers quick solutions. Not only for sales but also for follow-up after receipt, it always remains available.

      • - Apart from the structural work, everything is carried out by subcontractors, most of them foreigners who do not even speak French, whose quality is far from being at the level of the price of the house. The site is poorly managed (lack of experience, bad manners, no communication, etc.) The director plays his head in the sand and does not respond to any complaints. We sell you dreams at Immo Contact but the reality is a nightmare!

      • - For almost 40 days I am still waiting for the finishing of my apartment ordered and promised by the salesperson for April 2022! Last promise: 3/10. Proposal for provisional acceptance: 4/11. Nothing is finished, the construction site is in a pitiful state! How sad to have entrusted you with my end-of-life project!
