I had my house sold by Ilona, with success and a very good feeling.
After that, I was lucky enough to work with several of her clients. After selling/purchasing a new home, I had to carry out various works in the home.
I kept hearing the same positive comments: Ilona is a sweet woman who always thinks about solutions and always puts them in touch with other companies for possible work.
She always does more than is expected of her.

Total ignorance!
Document requested from only 3 months in the past (for rental transfer). It was clearly too much to ask to look this up or receive a solid answer. I was happy with "sorry, we no longer have this in our possession", then at least I could move on. Even that can't be removed.
Instead, Ilona keeps you on the line for days...
Better yet, when you get ready to come to the office, she eventually calls you after days of contacting you, after which she loudly insults you.
This shows little professionalism and as long as no money comes into the drawer, she refuses to help you further.
Dealing with stress turns out to be a very difficult task.
Not even worth the one star :-)
