      • - Avoid at All Costs!! I wish I could give "Gestea" zero stars because they don't even deserve one. My experience with this syndicus company in Brussels, Belgium, has been nothing short of a nightmare. First and foremost, their communication is abysmal. It's like pulling teeth trying to get a response from them. I've sent countless emails and made numerous phone calls, only to be met with silence or excuses. It's as if they don't care about their clients at all. Secondly, their management of property issues is laughable. Instead of addressing issues promptly, they let them linger for weeks, sometimes months, causing frustration and inconvenience for everyone involved. Maintenance requests are ignored or poorly handled, leaving tenants stuck in subpar living conditions. And let's not even get started on their professionalism. The staff at Gestea are rude, unhelpful, and downright disrespectful. It's like they have no concept of customer service or basic human decency. To top it all off, their fees are exorbitant for the level of service they provide. It's highway robbery, plain and simple. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of Gestea. There are plenty of other syndicus companies in Brussels that actually value their clients and know how to do their job properly. Gestea is a prime example of everything that's wrong with property management.

      • - They never reply emails, but when they need to ask you money they send emails! But thats not the worst part of it, they tried to ask more money than they can with indexation and If I didn’t refuse with proof they would get away with it. Simply don’t even think about working with them! I would give zero stars if there is an option.

      • - Worst company ever. More than two years for replacing a light bulb. They did not even were aware of the building where I am living. Absolutely not care for their customers.

      • - Unprofessional, don’t pick up their phone, it takes 3 months to get my deposit back while the état de lieu was done and signed. You have to go there in person to force them to do their job. Mails and calling them does not work at all. I lost so much time and energy just because they just don’t do their work. HORRIBLE

      • - I had a bad experience with this company while looking for apartments in Brussels. The initial conversation with the agent was fine, maybe a bit slow but in the end I got my questions answered so it was ok. Next day after sending the application for the apartment that I wanted to rent, the agent goes on holiday for two weeks and, as far as I can tell, nobody was appointed to take care of the applications for the specific apartment and we all know two weeks is a lot to wait for an apartment when you are looking to move. I called, I emailed, I emailed again, nothing. Not even a refusal email or anything. This is very unprofessional, they collect your data then disappear. Will definitely avoid them in the future.
