      • - My experience with Batifer was very frustrating and disappointing. I do not recommend this company for the purchase of real estate. Delivery times were not respected. The initial delivery was 5 months late, for which the company did not provide justification or pay the contractual compensation provided. Other neighbors have experienced delays of more than a year and are in a similar situation. When my apartment was received, numerous construction defects were noted and recorded in the provisional acceptance report, but they were not corrected. The common areas have still not been completed, almost two years later. After-sales service was disappointing. Complaints about defects were processed slowly and often ignored despite multiple reminders. Interventions to correct the problems were ineffective. Recently I was informed that no repairs would be carried out. Information on the progress of the work was rare and often incomplete. Site managers changed several times during the project, making it difficult to obtain clear and reliable updates. Despite my attempts to talk, the company seems more focused on payments than resolving issues. They send payment reminders without taking into account the responses provided. It is very difficult to talk to a manager within the company. Some neighbors have even initiated legal proceedings, which reflects an overall low level of satisfaction. The energy performance certificate (PEB) and the subsequent intervention file (DIU) were never provided to us. The company attempted to unilaterally change existing agreements and make me sign a confidentiality clause to obtain these mandatory documents.

      • - An advice. Never build with them. Never buy a house from them. Only works with low-end subcontractors. Construction defects, poorly placed doors and parquet floors, poorly placed joints and tiles, and so on. Worst of all, they don't even take responsibility for their mistakes and after-sales service is non-existent. RUN AWAY.
