Even 1 star is not worth B-apart. Bought an apartment 3 years ago. Even after 3 years the defects are visible. B-apart takes no responsibilities. Poor operation and communication. Substandard finish... never buy a home through them.
It is now 2023 and problems continue to arise in the Keith Haring residence. B-Apart does not take responsibility. All problems are ignored. It's a shame that you renovated everything so poorly. Visually everything is beautifully finished, but behind the scenes it is a disaster! Thank you for causing us so much misery.

Helpful until the deed is signed. Once that moment has passed, every means is used to shift responsibility. After 6 months the kitchen is still not in order. Responsibility is not taken. Their word is worthless.
