Unreliable. It’s all about the money for them, not servicing the customer. Having to deal with moving one’s family from another country, you run into these individuals. After cancelling a viewing visit once, they cancelled on us a second time the next day, minutes before the visit, while we were on our way. After cancelling for the second time, she had the audacity to ask me what I do for a living and asked for my pay slips for 3 months… is that even legal? I hope their management reads the comments…
