1) They take 20k "agency fees". Basically, to make one visit to you.
2) It's not over yet! They also take 15k off the bouquet AND they don't tell you! It's not marked anywhere! It's theft, fraud and scheming because the secret is well kept! So they take 35k from you on a sale!
3) They only publish what they have not been able to sell "internally". To their contacts and knowledge. So what they publish is safe.
4) After signing, they no longer know you and everything is in favor of the seller even though it is you who graciously paid them.
5) The initial estimate of the property is very significantly overvalued. You don't pay attention to it because you pay in several installments. But this is in favor of notaries because they are paid as a percentage of the estimated sale price of the property!
They only see you as a blank check! No human value! Run away ! Go see notaries yourself for a life annuity purchase. Ask your acquaintances yourself if their neighbor is not elderly. Remember that a life annuity is a purchase in favor of the seller. He has every interest in you not paying (the property would go to him as well as the monthly payments). That's your best argument.
