The real estate agency Luk&Horemans, especially the real estate agent Caroline, was a very unfriendly and unprofessional experience. I placed an offer on a property, but received no response. I called 3 times 2 days later and each time I was told that an email would come immediately. This never happened. When I told them I could offer more, I was told to wait for a response. Ultimately I was told that the house had been sold at the asking price, even though I was willing to give more than the asking price. A normal real estate agent informs his bidders and gives them the opportunity to make a counter-offer. In addition, she said during the visit that it could be that if several people would like to give the asking price, an agreement will be made to write down an amount and the highest bidder gets it. This is a big disappointment and I would discourage anyone from doing business with them.
