We chose Excellent Vastgoed Deinze to sell our home. And that was successfully achieved above the asking price on one viewing day. In our search we also came into contact with other real estate agencies, but our feeling was clearly that we chose Excellent Vastgoed. This is our fantastic experience:
We came into contact with Excellent Vastgoed after a short search to schedule a free estimate of our home. Very quickly we received a call from Alisa to have the free estimate carried out at very short notice.
Eline Ampe came by for this and she took plenty of time to view the house in a very professional manner. At the same time we also received a lot of explanation about the procedure and the do's and don'ts of a sale.
The next day, Eline came back to explain the estimate with some amounts such as the minimum and maximum sales price, the market value and the asking price (in line with our expectations). Because Eline came across as very professional and sympathetic to us and she took plenty of time for us and explained everything very well, we ultimately chose to work with Excellent Vastgoed.
A few days later, agreements were made to quickly arrange the EPC certificate (thanks Kris De Mulder), the asbestos inventory, etc. A very professional real estate photographer was also arranged and he took very beautiful photos of our home a few days later.
Shortly afterwards, everything was completed and bundled to ultimately put our house up for sale via real estate boards and many real estate websites. We also received a login to be able to monitor everything in terms of results and scheduled visits.
A few days later, a first viewing day was quickly scheduled and that viewing day was managed smoothly by Eline and her colleague Kris De Mulder. So 2 visits with potential buyers were carried out each time. And this working method was an absolute must for us to be able to achieve a quick sale. As a seller, we were not present during the visits. You may be handing over your home for a while, but again: we had every confidence in Eline and Kris.
And with success, because after the first shopping day an offer was made above the asking price. We of course accepted that offer and that same evening we met at the office of Excellent Real Estate to officially accept the offer. A week later, the compromise was successfully signed so that the deed can be executed at the notary in a month's time.
Our advice after our personal experience with Vastgoed Excellent: are you looking for a reliable real estate partner who is very professional, keeps the agreements made and takes all the time for you in a productive manner? Then it is best to contact Eline Ampe from Excellent Vastgoed Deinze!

We had been looking for a home to buy for quite some time and have therefore come into contact with many real estate agents.
When we saw a property that was sold through Excellent, I immediately contacted them. My first contact was with Kelly who helped us very quickly and friendly. The viewing soon took place and the Excellent team was able to respond quickly to everything on site. It was really positive and we eventually placed an offer. We had to wait for a while, but eventually Excellent called us to report the wonderful news that the offer had been accepted. There is of course quite a bit of paperwork involved in handling the sale. Eline explained everything to us in detail and gave us a pleasant and reassuring feeling.
If I have to draw a line between all the real estate properties I have come into contact with, Excellent stands head and shoulders above the rest. I would like to thank you again for the super friendly communication/professional support and smooth handling.

Not willing to do their work at all! very unfriendly and lazy worker. CANNOT recommend!!!! If someone comes to repair something it will not be done after one visit but after 10. Moreover, they do not listen to the tenants when they explain problems in the apartment. then after a few months they say that broken things are the tenants fault
