Professional advice for the sale of our mother's house. The house was sold in less than a month. Highly recommended for all of Flanders! Thank you for all the work and for the top cooperation.

      • + You sometimes hear horror stories when it comes to real estate agents... In the beginning, this meant that when we started looking for a broker, we were quite hesitant and certainly wanted to see several brokers before making a decision about who we would work with effectively. Hans from real estate agency Van De Vondel was the first real estate agent we worked with and we immediately had a good feeling with him. He came across as very sympathetic, jovial and confident. Not only was his estimate of our home very positive, he was also enthusiastic about the home himself. After talking to about 4 real estate agents, we decided to work together with real estate agency Van De Vondel. A decision that, in retrospect, turned out to be the right one. Despite the many setbacks and difficulties in the sale of our house, Hans has always remained committed to the full 100% and he has not once, but twice succeeded in selling our house in a month's time (first time is not continued due to not getting a loan) and this every time at the asking price! We could not have wished for a better broker than Hans. Highly recommended!!!

      • + To be honest, I never thought it would be so easy to sell your home with a real estate agency. Everything is done for you, right down to the smallest details. You can leave everything to them with peace of mind. Agreements are very well adhered to. If you need to know something, you will receive an immediate answer. Our seller, Hans is a very nice person, very friendly, knowledge of his profession and he gives very good advice. Thank you for that. We shouldn't forget Maggy either because she does a lot of paperwork without anyone knowing about it. I think she can also get a thank you this way. One thing is certain, the next sale will certainly be at Van de Vondel. To all the team, thank you.
