I had the pleasure of being served by Mr Christopher Choo who works at Upgrade Immo. For context, I was undertaking a move from my home country to Belgium during a stressful time and found it a daunting task. Fortunately, Mr Christopher Choo was my real estate agent and he did an exemplary job. Mr Choo explained to me everything I had to do to make my move a success and he provided all the necessary forms and assisted me in understanding them. As someone whose French is not fluent, this was an incredible help. Mr Choo went above and beyond in several other areas too, for example by helping me arrange my energy and water contracts and answering any and all questions I had in a prompt and friendly manner. He also did a special apartment viewing for me outside normal viewing hours because it suited my itinerary. There are many other examples like this where Mr Choo did his utmost and provided the highest standard of service.
I therefore strongly recommend anyone moving to Brussels (especially if you are moving from abroad) to seek the services of Mr Christopher Choo and Upgrade Immo.
