      • - We sold a property via Trevi Nord to a 'creditworthy' buyer. The buyer turned out to barely speak 1 official national language and did not understand how credit institutions work. We lost 8 months of precious time and wasted a lot of energy. Ultimately, we called the buyer's lender several times (!). In the meantime, we received a fine for illegal dumping. I don't understand what the added value of a real estate office is. It was very unprofessional. I have no words for it.

      • + We have just sold our apartment through the Trevi agency represented by Mr Doyuran and his colleagues Mr Mylonas then by Madame Leclercq. Very complicated visits because the tenant used all subterfuges to refuse the visits offered by the agency. With a lot of perseverance, the agency was still able to make a few visits. During the last one in September, Madame Leclercq was able to relax the atmosphere with the tenant and make the visit more peaceful. for potential buyers and thanks to this the apartment could be sold. We would like to thank the entire Trevi team, always present in the good and bad times during this long period and particularly Madame Leclercq, who is omnipresent for her follow-up. We wanted to share this experience and highly recommend this Trevi Nord agency for its attentiveness, efficiency, perseverance and also moments of humor, particularly with Mr. Doyuran when he announced the sale of the apartment to us. Highly recommended!!
