      • - I went to their office at Louis to sign the papers. I was bombardered with cameras and filming me without even asking for consent. I would have appreciated if they asked me first. but they did not. They started filming me while I was signing the papers and telling me to repeat certains steps. I felt so out of place . In the future please let people know beforehand before filming them. So unprofessional.

      • - Really deserves further litigation due to the lack of attentiveness, misguide in regards to rental procedures such as deposit and etc. I don’t know what their employees do since they do not respond to mails, EVER. Would give 0 stars if it was possible, make sure to avoid this place at all costs for the sake of your time and money.

      • - Complete scammers. They do not do their job and when they incur a fine due to their own inactivity - the cost is transferred to the consumer. RUN AWAY

      • - Very poor, sad agency. When I called them (Brussels South Branch/Av. Louise) for booking a visit for an apartment I liked, a truly rude woman told me that the apartment was available but for visits I had to wait 3 days (!) for them to call me back and give me a date. No news from them though, so I emailed them and called without luck. They keep the music / automatic voice message on all the time. I then called another branch, and a more peasant man gave me the mobile phone of the agent in charge of that specific apartment (Engel or Angel). I called him, to find out that apartment was given 8 days earlier, although the woman said it was available. I explained I sent several email and kept calling and automatic voice message in always ecc, and he said that they have too many requests and they cannot respond. I wish the Manager or the Director of the agency read this review, and provide some customer service training to the people of the South Rental Department team. Meanwhile, please avoid these people, unless you are looking for lies, superficialities and shouts at your face.

      • - Worst house managers ever. We rented an apartment managed by Trevi and they were unreliable from the first moment. They don't answer emails or the phone. They promised to intervene to solve problems and after three months and dozens of emails they still haven't done it. Very diligent when they have to close a contract but non-existent to intervene to respond to the legitimate needs of tenants.
