They provide the worst renting service ever experienced. After the visit to the apartment, the next day we emailed to send us the contract. No one responded back for 4 days and then when we called they said, oh its rented. Landlord chosed someone else. Zero professionalism as the person dealing with could have forwarded our request to rent or contacted back to inform. Overall rule is to rent the person who asks and came first but they work as whosever face the landlord will like. Pathetic!!!!!
