    Syndimmo cvba is een jong, dynamisch en onafhankelijk makelaarskantoor dat zich reeds sinds 1999 specialiseert in het beheer van onroerende goederen in mede-eigendom. De activiteit gebeurde in het verleden onder naam van Pedro Verhaert bvba.

    Reeds van bij de oprichting van ons kantoor hebben wij ons uitsluitend toegespitst op beheer van mede-eigendom zodat wij over heel wat ervaring en deskundigheid beschikken zowel op financieel, technisch, juridisch als administratief vlak en vandaag de dag syndicus zijn van reeds meer dan 150 verenigingen van mede-eigenaars.

    Onze kantoren zijn gevestigd te Antwerpen (Berchem) en Turnhout waardoor ons werkterrein zich uitstrekt over de Noorderkempen.

      • - Don't answer. Owners' interests are not defended. Everything is shifted to the General Meeting. Only invoices are sent. The verifiers are not notified as required by law...

      • - Do not answer telephone and emails. If you ask for something they just beat around the bush. I don't think the final bill is correct either. You can pay, but if you ask a question about it they look at you with an angry look. Kindness is hard to find, they talk for their own benefit.

      • - Since Olivier Potters is both manager and syndic: NOTHING but lies, excuses, even withholding money from us (customers) twice, which I have to email to every month and jump in to get this money back. He does nothing other than turn away the customers and/or accuse them of untruths. He defended more the contractors AND the insurance company v.d. blokpolis than its own customers. After more than a year of water problems (due to renewed terraces), he gives in and calls in an expert, only to finally have to admit that the contractor is indeed at fault. Another > 1/2 year and many polite emails from me, the damage was finally compensated. Etc etc etc. The apartment has been sold and we are from this totally incompetent Mr. Potters hit. Minus 5 stars would have been a correct rating, but that is not possible here. Tip: next general request: vote away!

      • - Worthless, especially the dear Mr. O.P. Very poor service, only the (expensive) bill was delivered on time. Open government is an empty term here. During a general meeting, O.P. as mad as a toddler -who doesn't get his toy- because he became voted out = different and much better (this cannot be otherwise). He had to be urged to calm down (narcissist 1st class). +Judicial procedures also not followed correctly/in a timely manner, so that the cases remain ongoing (New Year's envelope as a gift for Synd)? Different and MUCH better!
