      • + Our construction project started on April 18, 2023. We received the keys to our new building at the end of March 2024. Thanks to good guidance and cooperation with the project leader, everything went almost smoothly. There was also good communication with the managers of Superhuis. Also thanks to the subcontractors for working many days in bad and especially wet weather conditions. In short, congratulations to Superhuis. We are happy and enjoy our new home.       • + We received our keys on May 8, and we are very happy and satisfied. It was very exciting for us, the first time we built and luckily everything went well. It was a good collaboration, the communication was always clear and if there were any problems they were resolved quickly, we often had the feeling that we were doing this together with SH as a team for the same goal. They realized our dream house and we are very grateful to the entire team. They were always ready to help with questions and wishes. If we ever build again, we will only use Super Huis!

      • - I signed with SH in Nov 21 and hope to be finalized within a month (March 24). Very briefly summarized: I am satisfied with almost all subcontractors, but I find the company's communication and approach disappointing. It started with the sales explanation that you could take things from the contractor yourself, which is what I did with the kitchen, 4 months before the first groundworks had been done. Yet I received an invoice for 5,000 euros because I removed the kitchen from the contract. Trust was immediately damaged, the tone was set and this has been the tug-of-war for approximately 2 years. People respond quickly, but mistakes have never once received an apology or pardon. I don't know if it's better in anyone else's, but I found it a slightly traumatizing experience.

      • - Beware of these fraudsters! On their website they claim to be a high-quality partner who guarantees carefree construction, but unfortunately they only seem to realize nightmares. The quality is deplorable and to avoid their responsibility they regularly change their company number in order to leave the victims out in the cold. It is outrageous that it is possible to declare bankruptcy but still continue with the same employees and the same company name but under a different company number and thus defraud even more customers. Noble as they are, they still want to assist the customer administratively, but they reject any form of responsibility for defects. So take a quick look at other companies that are reliable.
