I recently gave two rental assignments to George De Clippel of Sinjoor Makelaars.
I am pleasantly surprised by the efficient and professional operation of Sinjoor. They were on site within a week, all information was collected and photos were taken.
A few days later I received a message that there were candidates for both apartments. The background of the prospective tenants was also checked.
The 1st contract was signed last Thursday, one day later I already had proof of registration, the deposit had already been arranged and the appointment was made regarding the location description. The 2nd contract was signed last Monday and the same story there.
So I can certainly highly recommend Sinjoor in general and George De Clippel in particular!
