Had very bad experiences. They threaten with the peace court if you don't want to pay something that is actually for the landlord. The apartment got super dirty and now they are making a fuss about the extractor hood, which still felt a bit greasy even though we had completely cleaned it. If you had a comment about something being wrong, they either don't answer or are super unfriendly on the phone. Bad experience ever!

Very unpleasant experience when leaving a rental apartment. Not keeping appointments, suddenly having to admit visitors because they forgot to pass it on... Moved in one day and cleared everything away because it did not suit their agenda that we extended the deadline and then received the comment in the description of the place that one shelf still looked a bit dirty. Everything is charged, but when we ask for compensation because we hand over the key three days earlier, nothing is done... Very disappointed!
