I regularly receive emails from Realis. Realis promises a high return. "You have our word of honor." That word of honor is worth nothing at all. We bought 2 assisted living homes, have a negative return and cannot sell it to the paving stones.
You are better off with a simple government voucher, then you will at least get your money back.
And, Realis stop giving you 5 stars in the reviews to increase your score.
