I have been in contact with this agency for visiting few apartments in Brussels. My contact point was Bruno and he was estremely helpful and professional since our first contact. His replies were prompt and he also allowed me to visit the apartments I was interested in twice. Moreover, I appreciated that he could speck English and Italian… As someone who does not feel totally confident in her French, I thought that this was amazing.
I would advice this agency to anyone, expats, young and high level professionals. They offer great solutions for anyone who is very busy with work and wants to find a cosy and modern place in the center of Brussels.

Insufferably difficult communication with the agent Ms Haas, who forgot about a booking to visit and apartment, resulting in complete chaos.
The agent then provided me with a promesee document any person with basic legal knowledge would never sign, upon which she failed to communicate by any means that the flat we saw together had already been taken.
Honestly, the only thing leading me to believe this agency is not a scam is the fact that they are unable to respond to emails.

This agency does not offer a good service - they have high prices and do not support costumers as they should.
Another aspect is that they keep spamming and mailing me even after I unsubscribed their newsletter several times! I told them several times that I am not interested and they just ignored it and keep spamming me.
Their work has a dubious flavour - so better look for an affordable agency with better service.
