If you want to buy don't worry but to sell FUYEZ! Since it is the buyers who pay, they do everything for them and take care of them. But the seller, once the contract is signed, more respect. I was not kept informed of anything. So yes, I no longer lived there, but the least you could do is know what's going on there... Example among all that happened: The bank expert came , I was not even aware and then you are told that the estimate is lower than the offer. You are told "no choice, you have to lower the price". Don't be fooled, they can greatly reduce their costs!
The costs are very high (5%), so buyers have to take out a nice sum in addition to their own funds. It is better to pay an agency that asks less (2-3%), maybe you will pay it yourself, but you will sell your property much better. The calculation is quickly done!
I felt stuck with a contract and an agency that is only there for the money. I strongly advise against going through this agency to sell!!!!
