      • + After Nathalie came to determine the value of the house, we continued with the sale of it with her. Her warm and soft character and certain serenity and her honesty appealed to us. The photos also reflected the atmosphere of our house well. . During the viewing, both the prospective buyers received attention and the information obtained for the sellers. When the time came and we thought, those people do not continue in their interest, even on holidays, we received a telephone message that the house was going under option.       • - We also ended up with Mrs. Lefever after a Vlabel estimate. I also have very serious doubts about the sale of the apartment. After signing a sales option online, we never heard from her again. The way it was sold also gives a very bad feeling. There is no transparency and access to a file. Personally I certainly cannot recommend her.

      • + We worked together with Nathalie van Lefever real estate for the sale of our property. Everything went smoothly and professionally from start to finish. Moreover, just before the sale was signed, we were helped out when a small detail appeared to be missing from the EPC report. We contacted Nathalie and she contacted the energy expert to do the necessary. The problem was solved 2 hours later.
