    Op 1 maart 2003 startte Funderingstechnieken Lameire uit Sijsele een vastgoedkantoor. Vanuit de dagelijkse ervaring in de bouwwereld stellen we vast dat heel wat particulieren nood hebben aan correcte en professionele informatie over het aan-en verkopen van vastgoed. Naast bouwadvies leggen wij ons ook toe op: verkoop, verhuur, projectontwikkeling, bouwpromotie, waardebepaling en verkaveling.

      • - Landlords take the lead... Hear from new tenant that moisture problem that VAT has been reported for 3 years by me, the tenant, to the landlords, is supposedly my fault because my TV cabinet was there... side note, building was rejected by inspector in Bruges sent out of town due to new landlord regulations, more than 90% of each wall was in the wall... TV furniture huh? Funny to hear! In those 3 years of reporting damp, we never saw anyone from Lameire and landlords! Upon leaving, I was allowed to pay for two substances that were in the non-removable extraction system... It's lucky that they are not at the justice of the peace now... I have compassion for the new tenant in the building who is now in the same misery! People speak people…

      • - I applied to rent an apartment for my sister. We received the answer that the owner has chosen another candidate, if we look at their website the apartment is still for rent.
