      • + Top broker! He arranged everything for us, from asbestos and EPC to electrical inspection. As well as the meter readings upon sale. He always answered my phones or questions quickly. He was personally there on the day of the sale and made sure that the buyer signed despite government problems and a piece of paper was not in order, something we had not expected.

      • - Ultimately decided not to rent this office. After judging by social position and unprofessional behavior, looked up reviews and everything I thought was confirmed. Assessment based on social position is prohibited by law. What 'Profesionals' know. The real estate agent was reluctant to sell the property. In the emails sent it has now become clear to me that ego and numbers are more important than the landlord and prospective tenant.

      • - Very difficult to reach, poor way of communication, agreements are not clear. Here is the requested clarification: Examples of very poor accessibility: - When you call, 9 times out of 10 you will not receive a response and it also takes a very long time to receive a response to a problem. - emails sometimes take weeks to arrive, so you don't know whether they are working on the problem (see below). Examples of communication: - Kega answers the phone with 'hello' or 'yes' so that you know you have the right person on the line. - In March 2022 I had an urgent problem with my shower (I only had cold water). It took 2 weeks before the matter was resolved, after persistent calling and emailing. I didn't get any updates on whether anyone was working on the issue, which caused some concern. (Response to the feedback, Kega only took action after I kept calling and got no updates. The water was indeed cold) - Kega accidentally sent an email to myself that was intended for a partner, which literally said 'tenant keeps calling'. An unprofessional attitude to send emails incorrectly with such a message. This email was only sent after I requested a stavaza after 2 weeks and there was no answer to my many emails that I sent without response. - Furthermore, he also provided the wrong address in the email of 14/03/2022. He wanted to send the technician to Boechout instead of to Kontich. He had already been aware of the problem for 2 weeks and was 'working' on the problem? - I also called Kega in 2022 for a clogged toilet. She laughed at me on the phone and asked if I had tried a plunger yet. It turned out to be a persistent problem in the toilet pipes that required a company to come in. It is very unpleasant to have to solve an urgent sanitary problem in such a way. The fact that the problem was indeed resolved does not affect the way Kega communicates with people on the phone. Finally, examples of agreements that are not clear: Kega arranged a time with me to hand over the keys. However, it was not clear to me what should be done at that moment. I sent several emails with questions about this. The survey bureau came by for an outgoing description of the location. These people asked me if Kega was going to be present on the outgoing inventory??? I had no idea myself. The people from Kega apparently arrived later and drove to the wrong address (again in Boechout). Kega called the survey bureau 45 minutes later to say they would be there. There was no mention in any communication that they would be present themselves. Furthermore, on my outgoing inventory he invited the owners of the house to make agreements about the new tenants??? The people at the expertise bureau were also surprised by this and found it unprofessional. While my outgoing inventory was in progress, Kega could then proceed with the new appointment of the new rental with its (paying) customer, in my presence. The apartment was left in the condition described in the contract 'broom clean' and was absolutely not excessively dirty. Kega indicated that day that a site description always takes 1 hour and that this was not due to the condition of the apartment, nor the people from the survey agency. It's a shame that they distorted the facts so much in their response after they had my review removed and I had to repost it. Can't recommend them at all.
