Concept Immobiliën van Ekeren wanted to sell our apartment in 2021. Because the sale could not go ahead, we let a Ukrainian family stay temporarily in our apartment because it was empty at the time. The buyers agreed to this. A few days later they changed their mind, but the Ukrainian family was already living there. The person in charge of K.D. concept Real estate agency Kristine has done nothing to postpone the deed date, but they did ask twice as much commission from us. The apartment has not been sold. The buyer canceled because the Ukrainian family was living there temporarily. All of Europe helps people from Ukraine. That's not human. And he gave us a lot of stress. I lost my job due to too much stress. Immo has sent us a summons via the lawyer to receive their commission. This lawyer Anthony Schobbens threatened with an additional subpoena if I did not immediately remove my review.
