I'm honestly sorry. Had a woman on the phone several times and was super satisfied, but sorry about Dieter... I had to ask for everything myself to bring something for the candidacy. Sounded depressing... unfortunately the appointment was canceled and I can't visit the office because I recommend the entire team after talking to other people who know the office... I was just unlucky with my experience with Dieter. Came across as a student worker. My apologies don't mean to sound rude, but make a phone call yourself and you might have a different opinion. Professionals only in asking for money, i had a problem with heating system in my studio, which seems that the owner had set a lock in order to prevent heating to get to my studio, Rt vastgoed did nothing for more than 8 month knowing that they were informed by email more than 4 times that the heating system is not working and the technician who signed for maintenance with them is not replying phone calls and they didn't even try to send somebody to check, they just tried to stand by the owners side, after this i had to call for inspection from the municipality which it was solved by less than 24 hours, Rt Vastgoed are just careless and they will try to do their best inorder to avoid responsibilities, knowing that after the problem was solved they started to ask for money again like nothing happens,knowing that i had to use the electric heater in order to stay warm which will cost me way more.Professionals!!!
