Professionals only in asking for money, i had a problem with heating system in my studio, which seems that the owner had set a lock in order to prevent heating to get to my studio, Rt vastgoed did nothing for more than 8 month knowing that they were informed by email more than 4 times that the heating system is not working and the technician who signed for maintenance with them is not replying phone calls and they didn't even try to send somebody to check, they just tried to stand by the owners side, after this i had to call for inspection from the municipality which it was solved by less than 24 hours, Rt Vastgoed are just careless and they will try to do their best inorder to avoid responsibilities, knowing that after the problem was solved they started to ask for money again like nothing happens, knowing that i had to use the electric heater in order to stay warm which will cost me way more.Professionals!!!

I had an appointment with RT Vastgoed on 14th March 2023 at 17:45 to see a house at Sint-Truiden, Belgium. I let them know I will come from the Netherlands, and it takes me four hours to reach there. However, the agency did not show up! I and another person, who had also an appointment to see the house, had to wait there for 30 minutes and finally leave.
I spent ~100 Euros on train ticket, which RT Vastgoed refused to pay me. I also used 4 hours of my holiday hours to take half a day off of work and spent 9 hours commuting to there and back home. The least RT Vastgoed could do was to reimburse me the train cost which they refused.
RT Vastgoed insisted they tried to call me. However, I did not receive any calls to cancel the appointment, and considering the other visitor showed up and waited, he did not get any calls too.
It will not surprise me after publishing this comment RT Vastgoed asks me to talk to them again, as they have done the same to other low star reviews on Google map, as an attempt to repair their image in public but only to waste my time even further and deny reimbursing the train cost.

I first had to send 5 e-mails in a row before I was contracted.
After visiting the building I asked for more explanation about the permit. Never received. Broker arrogance?
