      • - Recently made an appointment to view a house that was perfect for us and within budget. We would like to go as late as possible because my partner works late. 4 p.m. was the last thing that happened the next day, then she said that 4:30 p.m. would still be just around the corner, so we decided that together. Less than 10 minutes later I get a phone call asking if it would be at 5 p.m., I think it's a bit strange when she says 4 p.m. at the latest, but it hasn't been a problem since then. My partner and I have already agreed on what our offer would be, but I get a call an hour before the viewing that it has already been sold?! I wouldn't hesitate to offer over the asking price... My conclusion from this is that working people never get a chance for a viewing with them and cannot buy a house from them. Very disrespectful, it is better to check with Heylen or Era, at least they will still let you see their appointments even if an offer has already been made and they can sell.

      • - Unreliable broker. They act nice and nice when you come to rent, but when you leave you see the real face of a real estate agent. You will not get the deposit of 3 months' rent back due to invalid reasons. We thought if we were going to buy a house that we would try to look at them, but now never again in my life...
