      • + In January 2024 we decided to sell our home at Ruimtestraat 126A in Galmaarden through a professional real estate agent. Because we have already had a pleasant and successful collaboration with Niels Leroy in the past, we without hesitation contacted him directly. In the meantime, Niels Leroy had become a partner in the new real estate agency Janssens&Leroy Makelaars. Once Niels has taken note of the sales file (of which most certificates have already been received), the sales process went very quickly and efficiently: 20/02: site visit of our home with Niels Leroy; 29/02: discussion/approval of the estimate report drawn up by the broker and signing of our cooperation agreement; 09/03: start of sales via all digital channels (own website Janssens&Leroy, Immoweb, immovlan, Zimmo, Facebook, etc.) 16/03: site visits with 6 candidate buyers; 18/03: signing of the purchase promise with one of the candidate buyers; 28/03: signing of the compromise in the offices of Janssens&Leroy real estate agents in Zottegen. This incredibly fast sales process is partly due to the fact that Niels Leroy manages to convey the strengths (and also the weaknesses, if any) of the property to the prospective buyers in an honest, open and transparent manner. In short, Niels Leroy is a professional real estate agent who succeeds in selling a home within the agreed financial contours and terms, to the great satisfaction of both sellers and buyers.
