-Building/infrastructure? Residence Vicus is 9/10 score. It simply has all the necessity needed from today modern apartment. (e.g. private car parking, bicycle and *motorbike parking, elevator, easy access, very clean, secure, noise cancelling, bright and eco engineering)

Wow, you haven't started building yet and you are already causing nuisance in the street. I understand that they are drilling for steel. But if they are standing in front of your garage with their van, and you ask them not to stand in front of the garage of someone on the street. They sit down and threaten. That's a promise if you start doing this. Good job 👍
