We have been working with IUDEX.be for a number of years for all our property descriptions for the rental of apartments. They work accurately and honestly. The amounts charged to tenants reflect the actual costs of repairs. As a result, we have few discussions with tenants upon departure.
Appointments can be made at short notice. And with a power of attorney, it is also useful for us as a company not to always have to be present at the place descriptions.
