Very bad experience as a property buyer. Do unprofessional work. Trying to sell a property with risky land, without an exploratory soil investigation. However, it is noted in the sales agreement that it concerns a non-risk land... After months of stress, the agreement was dissolved through legal proceedings.

Very good experience with ITimmo, we went to look at a house that was offered for sale by Ilse. It wasn't exactly 100% our thing, so we told her what we were looking for. In no time at all, Ilse found us a property that we instantly fell in love with, made an offer and was accepted. As a result of this and the good feeling we had with Ilse, she was also allowed / wanted to sell our former home. Very professionally handled with certainly professional photos and home description.
